VW T6 Limited Edition
Jeral Tidwell's art is full of dark motifs, verging on the grotesque. The artist often tackles the motif of death in a peculiar, funny and often perverse way. He gained particular recognition for his colourful, unique series of skulls. Currently, his works have reached multiple fields of artistic experience: drawing, graphics and even tattoo art.
ABOUT JERAL TIDWELL
He's always had this knack for creation, which he employed in many different ways. He started with the art of airbrush and then moved on to practise graphic design and drawing.
His works were exhibited in art galleries in Los Angeles and New York. He created illustrations for many books and magazines, from automotive to science-fiction. Growing up at the turn of the 1970s and 80s, he was inspired by the work of such famous artists as Jim Philips, Derek Riggs, Puss Head or Ed Roth, who, as he admits himself now, sent him on an insightful journey inside himself to "discover his own, distorted version of reality".

"I have worked as a professional artist since 1988, but drawing is my entire life. Visual art is my way of communication to the world and this is my world of skulls. Creating skull art is the passion I have found to be most powerful as it reflects the soul of man.
There is an instant connection to this because humans have a great attachment to the art of skulls when celebrating life and death. This is for me, a great inspiration. The art works I have created for this collection is from my heart and soul... I hope you enjoy them."
